These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and DUSC Weddings (the supplier) for photography and/or videography services. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
Ownership of all delivered materials remains with DUSC Weddings until full payment is received.
If you cancel your booking, you remain liable for the full payment.
If we are able to rebook the date, only the 30% deposit will be retained.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to find a suitable replacement. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued.
All images and footage remain the copyright of DUSC Weddings.
You are granted a non-commercial license to use and share your photos and/or video for personal use.
We retain the right to use content from your wedding for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DUSC Weddings retains full artistic discretion over image selection, editing style, and storytelling approach.
While we make every effort to capture key people and moments, no specific image or shot is guaranteed.
Restrictions imposed by venues or unforeseen circumstances may limit our ability to capture from certain angles or locations.
All equipment is checked regularly. In the rare event of technical failure, our liability is limited to the return of any payments made.
We take all reasonable precautions to avoid disruption, but we are not responsible for missed coverage due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, guest interference, or time delays).
Only DUSC Weddings (or those we assign) are permitted to photograph or film under this agreement.
If we are booked for more than 6 hours or beyond 7:00 pm, a meal and short break must be provided.
In the event of any inappropriate or unsafe behaviour by guests, we reserve the right to leave the event without refund.
Any directions or positioning requested by our team are at your own risk. DUSC Weddings is not liable for any personal injury or property damage during the shoot.
Final delivery of films and/or photos typically occurs within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and scope of coverage.
We may provide sneak peeks within a few days of the wedding, but this is not guaranteed.
